Step 1: Open the Settings app on your iOS device and scroll down to the Notifications tab that’s shown.
Step 2: Scroll through the list of apps shown, picking out the app you want to limit access to.
Step 3: With the app listing open, find the Notification Access toggle towards the top. Switch this off to disable notifications from it.
Step 4: Repeat this step with any other apps you want to block access to.
What you’ll now find is that your iOS notifications shouldn’t be as much of a problem. Of course, you can go ahead and block any number of apps you like, and even re-enable the ones you’ve previously blocked.
